Reports
Open the analytics dashboard available to your organization.
The Reports page displays the analytics dashboard configured for the current organization.
Open Reports from the main sidebar. The dashboard loads inside GChat and can contain the operational metrics, filters, and charts provided for your workspace.
Access
Reports are visible only to users with report access. The data changes when you switch organizations.
Loading Problems
If the dashboard cannot load:
- Click Retry.
- Confirm that the correct organization is selected.
- Check that your role has report access.
- Reload the page after the session or network connection is restored.
The report layout and available metrics are configured outside the GChat documentation site, so they can differ between organizations.
