Introduction
Learn how GChat brings customer conversations, operators, and automation into one workspace.
GChat is a shared inbox and customer communication workspace for Telegram and Facebook Messenger. It gives operators one place to find conversations, reply with customer context, use reusable templates, and hand work to another team member.
Managers can connect channels, organize staff, run bulk actions, build automated funnels, and review reports without leaving the same workspace.
What You Can Do
- receive Telegram and Facebook Messenger conversations in one inbox;
- search, filter, assign, star, share, and export chats;
- send text, media, documents, voice messages, and supported video notes;
- translate incoming messages and outgoing drafts;
- maintain client tags, comments, and custom fields;
- create reusable message templates;
- build automated funnels with triggers, conditions, delays, variables, and HTTP requests;
- run scheduled or immediate bulk operations;
- manage organizations, staff, groups, permissions, billing, and audit history.
