Automation Spaces
Create and manage Builder and Dify automation containers.
Automation spaces group workflows and their connection settings.
Spaces List
The list shows each space name, type, linked integration, enabled state, and creation date. Use search to find a space, or use row actions to open, edit, disable, or delete it.
Deleting a Builder space permanently deletes the funnels inside it.
Create a Builder Space
- Open Automatization from the main sidebar.
- Click Create space.
- Enter a name.
- Select Builder.
- Select the integration that should use the automation.
- Keep Enabled on when the space is ready to run.
- Save the space.
Open the space to create and manage its funnels.
Create a Dify Space
- Click Create space.
- Enter a name and select Dify.
- Select the integration.
- Paste the Dify API token.
- Enable and save the space.
The token is masked after saving. When editing, leave the token field empty to keep the current secret, or enter a new token to rotate it.
Enable or Pause a Space
Use the Enabled switch to stop or resume automation for the linked integration without deleting the space. For Dify, disabling the space stops Dify automation. Builder funnels also have their own status and enabled controls.
Builder Funnels List
Inside a Builder space, each funnel shows:

| Name | Funnel name. |
| Trigger | Start event and, for messages, its trigger mode. |
| Status | Draft, Active, or Paused. |
| Enabled | Whether the funnel can start. |
| Actions | Edit metadata, open the builder, or delete the funnel. |
Changing funnel metadata does not replace its saved builder schema.
