Organizations

An organization is the workspace boundary for GChat data and configuration.

Each organization has its own integrations, chats, staff, groups, tags, templates, automation, reports, billing balance, and audit history.

First Organization

If your account has no organization, onboarding asks you to create one before entering the application. Enter a clear organization name and click Create and continue.

Switch Organizations

1. Open the user menu at the bottom of the main sidebar.
2. Find the Organization list.
3. Select the required organization.

The application reloads organization-scoped data after switching. Verify the selected organization before sending messages or editing settings.

Manage Organizations

Users with organization access can open Organizations from the main sidebar to:

• search available organizations;
• create an organization;
• rename an organization;
• delete an organization.

The list shows the organization name and creation date.

Deleting an organization can affect all data inside that workspace. Confirm the data retention and access impact before deleting it.
