Profile
Update personal details, languages, avatar, and password.
Open the user menu and select Profile.
Personal Details
You can update your first name, last name, and profile photo. Your email and role are shown as account information and may be controlled by an administrator.
Language Preferences
| Setting | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Your language | The language you write in. Used as the source for draft translation. |
| Client language | The language your clients write in. Used as the translation target or source in chats. |
| Interface language | Changes the language of the GChat application interface. |
Supported interface and translation options can include English, Spanish, Uzbek, Urdu, and Russian variants.
After setting both conversation languages, translation controls become available in the inbox.
Change Password
- Enter the current password.
- Enter and confirm the new password.
- Request the change.
- Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your email.
After a successful password change, sign in again with the new password.
Profile Tabs
The profile area also contains Billing, Security events, and Profile changes. These tabs appear according to your permissions.
