Usage and Billing
Review the active plan, renewal date, and available credits.
Open Settings -> Usage & Billing or the Billing tab in your profile. This page is visible only to users with billing access.
Your Plan
The plan card shows the current subscription name. If no subscription is active, GChat shows No active plan. When available, the card also shows the date when subscription credits renew.
Credit Balance
| Value | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Subscription credits | Credits remaining from the current billing period. |
| Monthly credits | The starting allowance for the billing period. |
| Bonus credits | Additional credits kept separately from the subscription allowance. |
| Total available credits | Subscription and bonus credits currently available together. |
The progress bar shows how much of the monthly subscription allowance remains. A compact version of this balance is also shown in the user menu.
Before Large Operations
Review the credit balance before running a large Bulk Operation or enabling high-volume automation. Recipient limits can truncate a bulk snapshot; GChat displays a warning when this happens.
