Audit Logs
Review workspace actions and message activity.
Audit logs show important events that happen in the workspace.
Use logs to investigate activity, confirm that automation or integrations created messages, and review who or what caused an action.
Audit Logs Table
The Logs page displays events in a table.
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | Date and time when the event happened. |
| Event | The event type, for example Message created. |
| Subject | The object affected by the event, such as a message preview. |
| Causer | The source that caused the event, such as an integration or automation space. |
| Actions | Open the event details. |
Search
Use the search field to find events by date, event type, subject, or causer.
Pagination
Audit logs can contain many records. Use pagination controls to move between pages, jump to a page number, or change the number of rows per page.
Event Details
Click the view action to inspect a log entry. Details help you understand what happened, which object was affected, and which integration, automation space, or user caused the event.

- Check whether a message was created by an integration or automation.
- Investigate unexpected message activity.
- Confirm that a workspace process is running.
- Review recent actions during support or debugging.
Best Practices
- Start with the latest records when investigating a recent issue.
- Filter by causer when you know the integration or automation space involved.
- Use the subject preview to identify relevant messages.
- Keep audit logs available for troubleshooting and accountability.
